Air Duct Cleaning Specials in Pasadena, CA
If you’re comparing air duct cleaning prices in Pasadena, call (626) 469-5477 before you book anywhere else. We run a short list of standing offers for local homeowners, and we don’t play the coupon game where the fine print swallows the discount. What we quote is what you pay. Roy Castellanos, the owner here at Hollis Air Duct Pasadena, insists that every special below comes with the same written-price rule as our regular work. No bait, no switch, no surprise line items. Here’s what’s currently available to Pasadena, Altadena, and San Marino households.
Current Offers
Free Written Estimate for Any Whole-Home Duct Cleaning
This is the standing offer that matters most: we come out, we look at your system, and we put a price on paper before any equipment leaves the van. You get an exact dollar figure for the job, not a range that floats once the technician is inside. No obligation to book, and the price we write is the price you’d pay that day or next month.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: 10% Off Duct Cleaning
If your Pasadena home has never been on our schedule, your first air duct cleaning earns a straight 10% courtesy off the written price. That’s the whole offer. It applies to the full job, not a per-vent teaser, and it stacks with the free estimate above so you know the exact discounted number before you decide.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.
Senior & Military Courtesy on Dryer Vent Cleaning
We keep this one quiet, but it’s been on the books since Roy took over the Pasadena location. Seniors 65 and up and active or retired military get a courtesy discount on any dryer vent cleaning. Tell us when you call, and we’ll note it on the work order before the technician arrives.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.
Seasonal Tune-Up: Duct Inspection with Any Duct Sealing
When you book duct sealing, we include a full visual inspection of your accessible ductwork and note any leaks, gaps, or failing mastic seals before we start. You’ll see what we see, and we’ll explain the fix in plain English. If we find that sealing isn’t the right call, we’ll tell you and you pay nothing for the visit.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.
Free Second Visit Under the 365-Day Done Right Promise
This one isn’t a coupon. It’s the backing behind every job we do in Pasadena, and we list it here so you know it’s not a line buried in a contract. If any air duct, dryer vent, or sealing work fails within one year, we come back at no charge. It’s written on your invoice, it includes a free second visit, and it’s honored without a negotiation.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.
No Trip Charge When You Book a Whole-System Cleaning
When you schedule a full air duct cleaning for your Pasadena home, we waive the diagnostic trip fee. That means the number you hear on the phone is the number you see on the written estimate, and the number on the estimate is the number on your final invoice. No separate service call line item.
Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (626) 469-5477.

How to Redeem
Step 1: Call (626) 469-5477. Tell whoever answers which offer applies to your home. A live person picks up, day or night, and they’ll note the discount on your file before you hang up.
Step 2: Book the visit. We’ll schedule a window that works for you. The technician arrives inside that window, in uniform, and does a walkthrough before any work begins.
Step 3: Review the written price. Your offer is reflected on the written estimate before the first tool comes out. If the final invoice doesn’t match the written price, you don’t pay the difference. That’s not a special. It’s how this company has operated since 2004.
Why Hollis Air Duct Pasadena Runs Offers This Way
We’re part of the Garrison Partners family, and we operate under The Garrison Code. That means every technician arrives inside the quoted window, the price is in writing before work starts, the job gets done by the book, and the site is left clean. Offers don’t change any of that. A discount is not a reason to cut corners, and we don’t. You get the same Rotobrush rotary brush system, the same Nikro negative-air machine, and the same filtration products from Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman on a discounted job that you’d get at full price.
The reason we publish these offers in Pasadena is simple: air duct cleaning has a reputation problem. Too many homeowners have been burned by a $49 “whole house” coupon that turned into a $600 invoice once the tech got in the crawlspace. We’d rather you know the real number up front, see the discount applied honestly, and decide based on the work, not a bait price.
If you live in Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, South Pasadena, or La Cañada Flintridge, give us a call. Ask for Roy or any of the office team. We’ll walk you through the specials, answer the uncomfortable questions about duct cleaning prices in this area, and put your price in writing. Cleaner air, from the vents on out.
