Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.

Recent Transformations
Guest Bedroom Return Vent, 1920s Bungalow Near Caltech
Before
AfterThe problem: a gray felt-like mat caked across the return vent, built up over years of Pasadena dust and pet hair. We ran the Rotobrush rotary brush system through the branch line, then pulled a Nikro negative-air machine to capture what the brush knocked loose. The result was a bare metal interior and noticeably stronger airflow from that register.
Master Bathroom Exhaust Duct, Condo off Lake Avenue
Before
AfterThe problem: a bathroom fan that hummed but barely moved air, with visible dust streaks on the ceiling register. The duct had narrowed to about a third of its diameter from years of moisture-bound lint. After the cleaning, the register pulled a tissue up on its own again, and the bathroom stopped holding humidity after showers.
Main Trunk Line, 1950s Ranch House in Hastings Ranch
Before
AfterThe problem: sawdust, drywall dust, and what looked like two decades of accumulated dirt along the bottom of the main trunk. We cleaned the entire trunk line with the Rotobrush, then sealed two small gaps near the plenum with duct mastic. The homeowner said the house stopped smelling stale the same evening.
Dryer Vent Run, Second-Floor Laundry in San Rafael Hills

The problem: dryer cycles running two and sometimes three times per load, and lint collecting around the dryer base. The vent run climbed a wall and jogged twice before exiting, which made it a lint trap. We brushed the full run and pulled the loosened lint out with the Nikro machine. Dry time dropped back to a single cycle.
Kitchen Ceiling Register, Spanish Revival near the Rose Bowl

The problem: a sticky gray film on the register and the first few feet of duct, the result of cooking grease bonding with ordinary dust. Plain brushing would have smeared it. We cleaned the register and boot, then worked the branch line with the rotary brush while negative air pulled the suspended particles out of the home.
Return Air Plenum, Mid-Century Home in Linda Vista

The problem: a return plenum that had become a collection point for everything the system pulled in over decades, including insulation fragments from an old attic repair. We removed the debris at the plenum, cleaned the return ducts, and checked the filter housing. The system moved air through the return without the low rumble it had before.
